Symphony of a Thousand

May 23, 2016

Mike has been working with the Norwich Philharmonic Society, one of the oldest music societies in the UK, to stage an enormous concert at the Norfolk showground in Norwich. The huge arena was transformed into a concert hall for an audience of over 2,200 people. The orchestra performed Mahler’s 8th Symphony as part of the 2016 Norfolk & Norwich Festival, with Mike organising every aspect of the concert from start to finish. An epic accomplishment even if we do say so ourselves, and to quote the region's biggest selling newspaper "The spontaneous standing ovation at the end said it all". Photograph by Keiron Tovell.
